What are the hours at the retail store?
We are open seven days a week, 7 am - 5 pm.
Where can I shop?
Jack Traps offers a full ice fishing retail store with all things ice fishing located at 151 Ridge Rd., Monmouth, ME 04259. You can also shop here at jacktraps.com or order over the phone by calling 207-933-9499.
How should I contact Jack Traps?
You can contact us via telephone at 207-933-9499, email us at info@jacktraps.com ,and through our social media accounts. We are extremely busy during a short ice fishing season so we are not always able to respond to email and social media questions quickly during peak season. If you're looking for a timely answer to your question, reaching us by telephone is always the best option.
How are your products made?
All of Jack Traps branded items are handcrafted from the highest quality materials right here in Monmouth, ME. We try our best to source all our goods and materials from Maine or the United States, and if it comes from overseas that's because no one makes it here!
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes we do! Gift cards are only available for purchase in our retail store in Monmouth, ME or over the phone. We can mail gift cards to you with a small shipping charge. Gift Cards are also only redeemable in store or over the phone. We are unable to offer gift cards on our website at this time.
Do your products have a warranty?
We do not have a specific warranty on Jack Traps but anything we make we stand behind. If there is something wrong because of how we made it we will always make it right at no cost to you. Other items we sell that are manufactured by other companies may or may not have a warranty.
How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Jack Traps does not currently offer UPS, Fedex or overnight shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges will vary based on your location, the size of the items you are ordering and the shipping service you select. The website will automatically calculate your shipping when you place your order.
What if I need to return an item?

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed as they are received. All trap orders are hand built to order and turn around time will vary based on order volume. We try our absolute best to ship orders as fast as possible but at high order volume periods during the ice fishing season orders may be delayed. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
If you wish to make a change to your order please call us at 207-933-9499 as soon as possible. Most of the time we will process and ship your order the same day or the next day after it has been received so act quickly!
